Who we are
Bahary Games (“we”, “us”) publishes Crazy TukTuk and runs baharygames.com. If you have a question about this policy, write to support@baharygames.com.
What the game keeps on your device
Crazy TukTuk saves your progress on your device: your LE, ranks, unlocked paint jobs and handling kits, and settings such as language. We do not receive this information. If you uninstall the game or clear its storage, it is deleted and we cannot restore it. The game may also keep soundtrack files it has downloaded (see Music downloads below). If your device is set up to back up app data, that backup is handled by Google under your own device settings, not by us.
Purchases
The extra missions are unlocked with a one-time purchase through Google Play. Google processes the payment under its own privacy policy, and we never receive your card or payment details. Google gives us limited order information through Google Play Console, such as the fact that an order was completed and its amount, so we can run the game and help you if something goes wrong. The game asks Google Play to confirm your purchase so it can unlock the missions you paid for.
Music downloads
The game may download its soundtrack files from baharygames.com and keep them on your device, so it does not have to download them again. Like any request to a website, these downloads can appear in our web host’s normal server logs, for example your IP address, the time of the request and the file requested. Nothing about your play progress, purchases or settings is sent with these requests. If a download fails, or you are offline, the game plays the music that is bundled inside the app instead.
Crash and performance reports
The game contains no crash-reporting or analytics tools. If you have chosen to share usage and diagnostics data with Google, Google may give us reports about crashes and performance through Google Play Console. We use them to fix bugs. They are not linked to your name or email address.
What we do not collect
The game does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos or advertising ID. It has no ads and no third-party analytics, and it has no accounts, online leaderboards, cloud saves or multiplayer. Apart from the music downloads and Google Play purchases described above, the game does not send anything over the internet.
This website
baharygames.com does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or forms. Its fonts, images, video and the music player’s audio files are all served from the site itself. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages or files requested, to keep the site secure and running. The same logs cover the game’s music downloads. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message, and we use them only to reply and to follow up on your request.
Age
Crazy TukTuk is made for adults, 18 and over, because it includes reckless driving, police chases and destruction of property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email support@baharygames.com and we will delete it.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it, because beyond the items described above we do not collect any. Google (for Google Play, purchases and diagnostics) and our web host each handle data under their own policies.
Keeping and deleting data
Game data, including any downloaded music files, lives on your device. You delete it by uninstalling the game or clearing its storage in your device settings. Emails you send us are kept for as long as we need them to help you, and we delete them on request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, such as asking to see it, correct it or delete it. Because we hold almost no personal data about players, there is usually nothing to look up, but you can always ask: write to support@baharygames.comand we will answer.
Changes to this policy
If we add accounts, online features, ads or anything else that handles personal information, we will update this policy before those features ship and change the date at the top of this page.
